Proposed Changes to UCFR Bylaws

Dear UCFR members:

Joyce Buck, UCFR past president and myself have planned to complete a revision of the UCFR Bylaws to update them and bring them in line with NCFR guidelines. Joyce has taken the lead on this and I am pleased to announce that they are now posted on our UCFR website for your review. We welcome any suggested edits to be forwarded to Joyce. You can also bring them to our business meeting at the Annual Conference next Friday April 2, 2010, Utah State University.

We propose to suspend the bylaws and vote on the new version at the our annual conference general business meeting next Friday. Your feedback is welcomed.
